Hi! My name is Tabia. I am 22 years old and this is blog is going to be an account of my fitness journey.

I started my journey back in 2015 when I weighed close to 250 lbs. At the time I was very depressed and couldn’t work out because of an accident, in 2014, that left me mildly incapable of working out. One day I was dressing for work and noticed that my pants would not zip up and I had to call out because by that time I had nothing else to wear. When my weight got in the way of my money, that’s when I decided to make a change. I started out by cutting meat from my diet, meal prepping and making vegetables 70 percent of my meals. I also drank a gallon of water a day, for the most part. I did 30 minutes of treadmill and the weight started coming off. By the end of 2015 I had lost 48 lbs.

I fell off for a bit, because life, but now I’m back on my journey. What I weigh no longer matters to me, but for reference as of March 1 I weigh 189 lbs. I have some kinks to work out, but I’m ready to share the journey with you.
